The Fairness League is…
an initiative with a mission to promote a fairer and a more sustainable working life, for fairer growth. We are aware of the various challenges in today’s working life, but the change calls for more actions than words.
We know that solutions will be permanent, and the change will be faster, when bringing all stakeholders’ views together: customers, employees, employers, owners and the society-at-large. We do not take sides with employers or employees. Instead, we take a stand for fairness. Better working life belongs to all.
We need views that are wider than our own, in other words, fairer views. The Fairness League is an unpressured and open forum, that welcomes all people driven to discuss best possibilities for better working life.
Our goal is to collect the most comprehensive collection of solutions, with the aim to achieve better working life and fairer growth for future generations to come.
